Our family law practice includes all aspects of divorce including alimony, child support modifications and mediation services, high asset divorces and child custody and child support applications for children born not of a marriage. For those injured due to the negligence of others, we offer personal injury representation to assist people in receiving ample compensation for their losses and injuries. We also provide representation in workers compensation matters, assisting people injured while performing their job obligations whose employers may not be providing them all the compensation to which they may be entitled.
Additionally, our firm offers counsel and guidance to clients involved in probate administration including probate of estates for decedents who may or may not have left a will, TPO (tax purposes only) estates and ancillary estates where the decedent resides outside of Connecticut but owns real property in Connecticut. We are also pleased to offer legal services for residential real estate closings consisting of residential real estate sales, purchases and refinances.
